How long can I leave my box unattended after delivery?
We recommend getting your order in the fridge within 1 hour in the summer months and 2 hours during winter and cooler periods. We will send you an SMS as soon as the box has been delivered.
Will my order be delivered fresh or frozen?
All of our products are delivered fresh.

We currently deliver throughout most of the Whitsunday & Mackay Region.
When do you deliver?
We let you know in advance of anticipated delivery dates based on stock and route runs.
Are your products organic?
All of our products originate from an organic certified farm.
Are your products grass-fed and grass-finished?
Yes, our beef are grass-fed and grass-finished.
How long will the meat last fresh in my fridge?
Some cuts will last up to 28 days fresh in your fridge. Please follow the fresh date on the label.
Some of my products have a funny smell, what is this?
Our meat is cryovaced, which can cause a sulfur or 'eggy' smell when opened. Open the package and allow it to sit for a couple of minutes before cooking.
