Deliveries are subject to dates of collection of meat and you will be notified when days in your area are confirmed. We do not have set delivery days; instead, we will advise you in advance via email or text when your delivery is scheduled.

What are the order cut-off times?
Orders are subject to limits of produce. We will confirm your order and delivery timing based on availability.
How should I store my vacuum-sealed meat?
Our vacuum-sealed meat can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 21 days, or in the freezer for up to 12 months. For best quality, we recommend consuming within 3-4 days of delivery.
What if I'm not home during delivery?
We'll contact you before delivery to arrange a suitable time. If you're not home, we can leave the package in a cool, shaded area or with a neighbor, as specified in your delivery instructions.
